HOW DO I ACCESS MICROSOFT 365 APPLICATIONS?

You can access the online Microsoft Office portal at Portal.Office.com. You will be prompted to log in with your State of Idaho credentials (same login and password you use for your computer).

MY AGENCY DOESN’T OFFER THESE APPLICATIONS – WHAT DO I DO?

Many ITS-supported agencies have already been migrated to the 365 platform; the Department of Agriculture is scheduled to be migrated in the near future. Access to applications is an agency-level decision; reach out to Chris Carlisle or Cara Emigh with any questions.

HOW LONG DO WE HAVE ACCESS TO THE RECORDED VIDEOS?

The recorded videos from the Microsoft Excite Day sessions will be available indefinitely on the ITS Training website under the Microsoft Training page. ITS has also included links and resources referenced in the sessions.

HOW DO WE REQUEST CUSTOMIZED TRAINING FOR OUR AGENCY?

Visit its.idaho.gov/training/Microsoft and complete the Training Request Form. Choose from one of the training courses listed in the Customer Success Training Catalog, all of which can be tailored to a wide range of experience levels.

HOW DO I ACCESS BRAINSTORM?

BrainStorm QuickHelp can be accessed at https://app.quickhelp.com/itsidaho for participating agencies (DEQ, IDVR, ISDA, Finance). You’ll be prompted to log in using your State of Idaho credentials; select the AzureAD – IdahoGov login server unless you work for one of the listed agencies.

IDOC employees access the portal at https://www.quickhelp.com/idoc.
