ITS provides phone services through VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) to all agencies wishing to take advantage of this service. VoIP allows you to make phone calls over your internet connection instead of the traditional analog phone line. Services include a desk phone and software which allow you to make calls through your work computer.
